 Bespoke Orders

Our bespoke appointments are free and we will provide sketches to indicate what your final piece will look like. Photographs or copies of sketches are not permitted until a deposit has been paid in full. Quotes are valid for 7 working days and we reserve the right to change quotes prior to deposit payment if metal or stone costs increase during that time. When you choose your design, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit, and enter into an agreement of said design as well as our Bespoke Terms & Conditions. Work will only commence after a full deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you chose to alter your commission in any way, costs and a longer timescale may occur. We are not responsible to cover the costs of any severe changes you may make to your design during the process, and minor changes will be judged at our discretion. We estimate a three month lead time for bespoke work, and reserve the right to extend this period if factors out-with our control affect your order. We will get in touch if your piece will take longer than the estimated time. Your final 50% balance is due upon collection and will remain our property until payment has been made. Bespoke commissions have been made to suit your own specific requirements, which means they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

It is very common for jewellery to receive lot of wear and tear over the years, and as such, our team may quote for standard repair work such as re-tipping or stone tightening. Precious metals are strong, but are not indestructible, and with constant use will wear down over long periods of time.
