It is important that you familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before using this site.  We advise that you print a copy for your records. By continuing to use this site, you are agreeing to such terms. By ordering any of our products, you are agreeing to these terms of sale. Shirley Paris Jewellery withhold the right to change any information (including, but not limited to, prices and dimensions) on this website.

 

 

Payment

 

Payment is required up front for all goods. We remain the owners of all products until full payment has been received.

All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT and postage.

Please make payments via PayPal. We do not have the facilities to store credit card information. Visit our Privacy Policy to find out more about how we store information.

If there is an error in pricing, we will contact you immediately to rectify this.

 

 

Cancel Online Order

 

You have the right to cancel your order from our online shop at any time. Please send an email to hannah@shirleyparisjewellery.co.uk or write to;

We will deal with your cancelation immediately and funds will be returned to your original method of payment. This may take up to 10 days depending on your bank.

 

 

Returns

 

If you try on your piece and decide it’s not for you, please send back your item within 28 days from the date of order. Send back the item un-used and in the original box, along with your name and receipt. Upon inspection of the jewellery to ensure it has been returned in an acceptable and unused condition, we will issue a full refund. This may take up to 10 days depending on your bank. Please send all returns by Royal Mail Special Delivery to:

Shirley Paris Jewellery are not liable for any lost items upon return.

Please note; Engraved and bespoke items, including products specially designed and made by Shirley Paris Jewellery are non-returnable (unless faulty). This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Faulty Item

If possible, please send a photo of the faulty item, along with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Please note the following are not covered by warranty;

 

Accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised repair. We recommend you return any pieces for repair to our workshop.

Tarnishing (see SPJ jewellery care)

Wear and tear (including claws and shanks). This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Delivery

 

We aim to deliver within 7 working days from the date of order. If you have a date in mind you would like to have your piece for, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. All items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a tracked and signed for service. If an item is out of stock, we aim to re-stock within 28 days. If you would like an exact re-stock date, please email hannah@shirleyparisjewellery.co.uk.

 

Please note that during busy times there may be a delay with your order. November and December are when our workshop is most busy, so please bare this in mind when ordering.

Bespoke Orders

 

For bespoke ordering you will be required to pay a 30% deposit. After your deposit is paid, we will begin your piece. Work will not commence until a full deposit has been paid.

From the date of a full deposit payment, we quote 8 weeks to make your piece of jewellery. This may take longer at busy times such as November and December. If in any instance there is a delay with your order, we will contact you immediately.

 

Bespoke jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty. The following are not covered under warranty;

 

Accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised repair. We recommend you return any pieces for repair to our workshop.
