DELIVERY
Items in stock will normally be dispatched within 2-3 working days. (See product pages for stock information.)
We aim to dispatch Non-stock items within 4 weeks of order/payment. NB This MAY vary during busy periods, such as Christmas. Where items are custom-made, delivery will be 4-8 weeks. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive an email acknowledging your order, and we will also email you once your goods have been dispatched with your consignment number- useful for tracking your parcel! A signature will be required on delivery of your goods.
UK Deliveries
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. In the UK your goods are forwarded by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
In most areas of mainland UK, your goods will be delivered the day after dispatch.
Delivery charges are shown on your order, prior to confirmation, at the following rates:
For orders from £1.00 - £499.00 we charge £6.00 including VAT for postage, packaging and insurance.
For orders from £500.00 and over, we are pleased to provide FREE delivery within the UK.
International Deliveries
All orders dispatched outwith the UK are sent by postal services that require a signature on receipt.
A shipping price will be given for your specific country when the price conversion to your currency is requested- please use the website Enquiry Form for this information.
International deliveries to the USA and Canada normally take between 5-10 days to reach their destination once they have left our premises. Within the EU delivery normally takes 3 days from date of dispatch.
Delivery cost for all international orders is €21 ( within the EU) or $26 US for postage, packaging and insurance.
Non-Delivery of Goods
If you do not receive your order (allowing for shipping time), please contact us so that we can track your order for you.
Returns Policy - Damaged or faulty goods
If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us immediately by telephone or email immediately on the day of receipt. We will not accept returns unless the client has emailed us first to inform us of the problem- we will issue a returns number to be quoted on your return letter. If the package is damaged on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its original packaging.
Other returns
All other returns must reach us within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. These returns are at your expense. Before returning please let us know what the problem is and we will do our utmost to sort it out for you. If we agree that your goods can be returned, we will issue a returns number to be quoted on your return letter. Returned items will not be refunded if they have been worn, damaged or tampered with.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Shirley Paris and can only be refunded with a credit note.
We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery (International Recorded if overseas). Please pack any returns with care ensuring the parcel is secure. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Recorded if overseas. The return address is stated on the pre-printed label supplied with your goods . Returns will be carefully examined on receipt: if the fault lies with us we will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please inform us of the name of the new item you require and we will issue a refund of the difference (if necessary) or send you a request for the added cost (if necessary).
Refunds
Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for any items that are specifically custom-made to order (i.e. one-off pieces).
Goods are not sent on approval: all orders accepted are taken as confirmed.
Replacements
In the unlikely event that an item has been dispatched which is faulty, we will happily replace it.
Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be governed under Scottish law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Product Images and Information
We do our very best to ensure that the information featured on this site is as accurate as possible and provides all of the information necessary for ease of ordering. The images and descriptions merely represent the general nature of the products. To assist with ordering we have included approximate dimensions for products where it is relevant. For rings, we have stated gemstone weights.
We reserve the right to alter the designs of those featured in the online store and we will of course up-date the web site from time to time in line with this. We reserve the right to change the availability of lines featured on the online store at any time.
Pricing
We would like to point out that sometimes mistakes may occur on prices that appear in the online store. We do of course make every effort possible to ensure that this does not happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. We will ensure that any mistakes that are highlighted to us are amended as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
DUTIES and TAXES
Duties and Taxes in country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
