I have never bought designer jewellery online: How can I be sure I'll be happy with my purchase?

We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery, via photos, product descriptions and with the rings- movie images. Our experience has been that the jewellery has exceeded our customers' expectations since even our best photographs do not reflect the colours and sparkle of the gemstones. However, should you want to return the item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment. (Please note that damaged items cannot be returned. View our Returns Policy.)

I need to buy an engagement ring, can you help me?

Yes. Please call us and we can discuss your requirements and help you find the perfect ring. Shirley Paris offers a bespoke engagement ring service if you cannot find a ring on the website to suit. All diamonds over 0.50ct are certificated and an initial computer generated image of the design can be provided for a fee of £100 (can be redeemed on purchase of ring).

Are your designs exclusive to Shirley Paris Jewellery?

All jewellery on the website is designed by Shirley Paris personally and many of these pieces are not available from any other source. Some of the pendants, earrings and wedding rings can be purchased from independent retailers as listed on the site.

Are the stones real?

Yes. Shirley Paris only sells jewellery made with real precious or semi-precious gemstones. Stone weights have been included in the product descriptions.

PRIVACY POLICY- Shirley Paris will not pass your information to any third parties, and will treat any information you supply as confidential. This information is required to respond to queries and inform you of any special promotions.

How long do I have to wait for a custom made product? How do I pay for it?

For custom made items i.e. those that are made to order please fill in our enquiry form, providing as much detail as you can.
The fee for initial computer design work is £100. Accurate images which illustrate your one-off piece will be provided.
Once your design is approved, Shirley will issue a paypal payment request, and your unique item will be despatched once payment has been received. Custom-made items may take 4- 8 weeks due to the fact that special diamonds/stones may be required. Please note that all custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Are chains included?

Yes.

Will my item come in a box?

Yes, all items are delivered to you in our Shirley Paris jewellery box.

Are the products pictured actual size?

Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do endeavour to include the approximate dimensions of each piece in the product description.

Is VAT charged online?

Yes. VAT is charged for all EU orders and is included in the retail price. If you are purchasing jewellery from outside the EU the VAT will be removed when order is placed (see note below).

Can I order from overseas?

Yes. Simply make the transaction in Paypal in your own currency and Paypal will convert it to GBP. The delivery charge for overseas destinations is £25.00.

I am a man and need help buying a gift for my girlfriend/fiancé/wife/daughter/mother. Can you help?

Yes. Please fill in our enquiry form- tell us broadly what you are looking for, and the price range, and we will suggest appropriate gifts.
There is no extra charge for this. If for any reason the recipient of your gift does not like it, then she can exchange or return it within 7 days provided it is not broken or damaged.

Can I come to your Studio and view the jewellery?

Yes. Shirley Paris has a Studio based in Larkhall, Lanarkshire (near Hamilton). Please feel free to call us on 01555 890354 and make a special appointment to view the collection or to see and feel a specific piece of jewellery. We are based at Studio Paris, 2 Muir Street, Charing Cross, Larkhall, Lanarkshire, ML9 2BG and would be delighted to meet you in person and assist with your jewellery shopping. Please advise which pieces you are interested in before coming so that we can make sure we have them in stock in time for your arrival.

How do I get the correct ring size?

When you order a ring and you do not know the size required, we will automatically post you a (FREE) plastic ring sizer.
